Returns Policy for Digital Archive Products

1. General Exchange Policy

1.1. This returns policy applies to all digital file products purchased from Cncrounter.com.

2. Non-Refundable Products

2.1. Digital file products are considered non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Exchanges (For the same product)

3.1. Exchanges will only be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

Error in the delivery of a digital product.
Defective or corrupted digital product that cannot be used.
Lack of access to the digital product after purchase.
3.2. To request an exchange, the customer must contact customer support at contact@cncrounter.com within 30 days of the date of purchase.

3.3. The Exchange request must include the following information:

Request number.
Detailed description of the problem.
Any evidence, such as screenshots or videos, that proves the issue.


4. Analysis and Processing of exchanges

4.1. After receiving an exchange request, our support team will review the request within 7 business days.

4.2. If the exchange request is approved, the customer will receive a new file relating to the purchased digital product.

4.3. The exchange will be sent via the customer’s email and also via the download link

5. Exceptions

5.1. Cnc Rounter reserves the right to refuse Exchanges in cases that do not meet the criteria mentioned in this returns policy.
